DIALOG+ is a patient-led outcomes tool used in CPFT secondary mental health services, helping care teams understand how satisfied patients are with different areas of their life and care. This page links to various organisations and groups in each category, to help professionals find local resources for patients in areas they would like to explore. Clinicians can give patients the links to view a useful YouTube video about the Dialog survey and to download the Dialog Patient Information Leaflet.

WorkWell Peterborough is a free, dedicated service that helps people who may be struggling to find or retain a job due to a physical and/or mental health need. A Work and Health Coach will help your patients find the right support.
Waythrough - Cambridgeshire Retain Regain Employment Service is a service for people experiencing mental health challenges and/or who are neurodivergent. Individuals can be supported to find employment, voluntary work, education and training, or to retain their current employment.
Digital Hubs offer free Wi‑Fi, access to devices, and friendly support to help people get online. Your patients can drop in at a Hub near them to learn digital skills, access essential services, or get help using their phone, laptop or tablet.
The Peterborough Youth Hub is a dedicated space for young people aged 16–24 to access the support they need to move into education, training, or employment. The Hub brings services together in one place, from careers advice and skills training to mental health support.
Several places in Peterborough offer free or low cost English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Classes. These range from formal taught courses to informal spaces where people can drop in to practise some conversation with other learners over a cup of coffee.
P3 - Peterborough Floating Support Service is a city-wide service for people who need support to manage and maintain their accommodation if it is at risk.

Relationship Counselling East Anglia provides counselling support for individuals, couples, families, children and young people across East Anglia. It also provides sex therapy.
Reducing Parental Conflict: Conflict between parents is normal but when it is frequent, intense and poorly resolved it can impact on child development and outcomes. These free courses and resources aim to reduce conflict by teaching new skills and approaches so people can manage conflict more effectively.

NHS CPFT Relational, Emotional Difficulties Services (REDS) is a service for people aged 17+ who experience difficulties associated with strong emotions and interpersonal relationships. The programme is accessed via referral from a GP and offers service users a choice in the style and content of their treatment.
Relationship Counselling East Anglia provides counselling support for individuals, couples, families, children and young people across East Anglia.

The Bobby Scheme is a registered charity supporting victims of crime who are over 60, disabled and vulnerable. The charity gives expert advice on securing the home and staying safe. They install high quality, effective devices around the home.
Peterborough Women's Aid aims to relieve the distress and trauma experienced by women and their children (if any) who have been affected by domestic abuse.
Domestic abuse support for men: It is estimated that 1 in 6 men will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. As with female victims, the abuse may come from an intimate partner or ex-partner, or from an immediate family member/relative. There is local and national support and advice available.
Peterborough Rape Crisis Care Group offers free, confidential and non-judgemental specialist support services for survivors who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives.
The YMCA Family Respect Project (Child to Parent Abuse) project provides support to families where young people aged 10 - 16 are displaying abusive behaviours towards their parents, carers or other people in their family. It provides in-depth, tailored support to the young person and other family members.
The Victim and Witness Hub supports victims and witnesses of crime across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, from report to court and beyond. They are an independent and confidential service, using Cambridgeshire Constabulary police staff who coordinate a bespoke support package.
You can help your patients find out information about mental health conditions, treatments, and medications on the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust Choice and Medication website.
They can also get help with newly prescribed medicines from their pharmacist as part of the NHS New Medicine Service (NMS).
As part of the scheme, the pharmacist will support patients over several weeks to use the medicine safely and correctly. They can also give advice about healthy lifestyle changes.
Patients can also always ask their pharmacist about getting a pill organiser designed to help individuals manage medication by separating tablets into compartments based on the day of the week and time of day (these are also called 'dosette boxes').

POhWER is a charity that provides information, advice, support and advocacy to people in Cambridgeshire who experience disability, vulnerability, distress and social exclusion.
Cambridgeshire Deaf Association (CDA) ensure that Deaf People have equal access to local services and advocate for them. They partner with professional organisations to make services accessible to Deaf People, and also provide a wide range of their own services and social activities.
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) professionals can access LanguageLine Solutions (LLS) for their patients. LLS provides interpreting, translation and transcription services for the Trust, with over 30 years’ experience supporting NHS organisations. Services include face‑to‑face and online interpreting, on‑demand telephone and video interpreting, written translations, and alternative formats such as Braille and Easy Read.
