Digital Hubs

Back to Support

Digital Hubs offer free Wi‑Fi, access to devices, and friendly support to help you get online. Drop in at a Hub near you to learn digital skills, access essential services, or get help using your phone, laptop or tablet.

What to expect

Digital Hubs are welcoming community spaces where you can get practical help with anything digital, whether that’s learning how to use a device, accessing the internet, using online services, or building confidence with everyday digital tasks.

Each Hub offers:

  • Free Wi‑Fi
  • Access to laptops, tablets or personal computers (PCs)
  • Support from friendly staff or volunteers
  • Guidance on using online services such as healthcare, housing, benefits, job applications and more
  • A relaxed, local space where you can learn at your own pace

Hubs are run by a variety of trusted community organisations across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. They’re designed to help people stay connected, save money, access opportunities and feel more confident online.

The Digital Hub programme is part of Connecting Cambridgeshire’s work to tackle digital exclusion.

Below is a list of the hubs that are currently open, and who they are mainly serving. Please contact the hub you are interested in attending directly to confirm opening times.

More Hubs to follow...

The Digital Hubs are free to use.

The digital inclusion pilot is led by PCVS and delivered in partnership with the Connecting Cambridgeshire Strategy through their digital inclusion funding programme. This was an initial one-year pilot, from March 2025-26 to identify, support the set up and monitoring of 12 digital hubs across the city. Digital Hubs are set up where there is evidence of digital exclusion within communities and also targeted populations where people would benefit from enhancing their digital skills. To date there are 12 sites offering digital support with a further 4 hubs to come on board in 2026-7.
