Family Action provides practical, emotional and financial support to those who experience poverty, disadvantage and social isolation. As part of this they offer a range of food aid and support, including free emergency food parcels as part of the Household Support Fund.

- Food Clubs, where a small membership fee and weekly cost provide a large tray of fresh and packaged foods
- Emergency Food Parcels available
- Household Support Fund emergency food and toiletries parcels

Woodfield Park Community Centre is also known as the Charteris Centre, and appears under that name in Google Maps. The carpark is at the end of Normanton Road, and the centre is beyond that. There are playing fields on either side and behind the centre.
The community centre has ample parking, toilets, and is wheelchair accessible.

Household Support Fund emergency food and toiletries parcels are free.
Food Clubs have a £1 annual registration fee plus cost £4.50 weekly for a food parcel. Contact Family Action to find out how to sign up.
