Family Action transforms lives by providing practical, emotional and financial support to those who experience poverty, disadvantage and social isolation. They strengthen families and communities, build skills and resilience and improve the life chances of children and adults.

What to expect

Family Action has five preschool provisions (for children aged 2 -4 years) across Peterborough in Hampton, Cardea, Paston, Dogsthorpe and Welland. Family Action operates the HAF Scheme (Holiday Activities and Food) in Welland during Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays, for children aged 5-12 years who are in receipt of benefits-related free school meals. For more information, please contact [email protected].

Volunteer opportunities are available.
