Vivacity's Health and Wellbeing classes are for anyone, designed to cater to specific health conditions and disabilities.

What to expect
Vivacity's Health and Wellbeing classes are for anyone, though some have been designed with specific participants in mind, which can be seen in the class titles and in the class descriptions.
You can pay as you go for specific classes, or you can have a membership; see their website or contact them for details. Booking is encouraged; you can just turn up but risk being turned away if the class is full.
On your first visit, staff would like to arrange for you to come in slightly early to be shown around, meet the instructor and discuss any needs with them.

More information
A referral form can be requested via email or with one of your health professionals. There aren't any eligibility criteria as such, as health conditions present in so many different ways.
All venues are wheelchair accessible, and have toilets and free parking.
Necessary equipment is provided; please wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for the activity. Some venues have drinks and snacks to purchase, but it is advisable to bring your own water and snacks if needed.
The walking groups are free to attend.
