Gladca is a community hub and multi-cultural centre, especially supporting recently arrived migrants. In addition to lots of activities and events, they offer various immigration services, ESOL and functional classes, and other support. You can volunteer with them too.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • You can find warm, community help with settling in the UK
  • You can gain confidence in living in the UK
  • You can volunteer and find a sense of purpose

“Gladca is a friendly organisation and I have really enjoyed taking up the ESOL courses as this has giving me the confidence to apply for Jobs. I can now attend my children’s parent’s evenings and speak to the teacher.”
