What to expect
The BRDG (pronounced 'bridge') is a community space in central Peterborough, developed by Inspire Education Group to support young people age 16 - 24.
The BRDG brings together education, employment and support services in one place. Whether you are looking for work, exploring apprenticeships, or need support with your wellbeing, their team can help you take the next step with confidence, with:
Employment support
Get 1:1 help with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation and finding local job opportunities.
Apprenticeships and training
Speak to their apprenticeship team on Tuesdays in the Hub to explore further training, apprenticeships and your next steps.
Wellbeing support
Join their Wellbeing Wednesday workshops with Sadie, designed to support confidence, wellbeing and personal development.
Kooth online support
Kooth is available throughout the week, giving young people access to free, safe and anonymous online mental health and wellbeing support, including useful resources, wellbeing tools and support from trained professionals.
JobSmart
JobSmart supports adults aged 19+ to build confidence, develop employability skills and prepare for work. Sessions include Time to Shine and Confidence into Employment, available on Thursdays and Fridays. Contact the team to discuss the best option for you.

The BRDG in on the ground floor and fully accessible, including toilets, a lounge, break area, and meeting spaces. They also have a foosball table.
The closest car park is Car Haven. There is also parking at the Asda / Rivergate shopping centre across the road (free for up to 2 hours). A bus stop is a few feet away from the BRDG entrance.

The BRDG welcome referrals from organisations working with young people across Peterborough, including:
- Charities and community groups
- Local authorities and support services
- Schools and colleges
- Youth and outreach teams
