Keep Your Head is the central hub for mental health and wellbeing information, free support services, training and local updates across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. For children, young people, adults, carers and professionals.

The Keep Your Head website provides information on various mental health and wellbeing topics.

Keep Your Head features a full directory of free local and national support services, which can be filtered by location, mental health topic, audience, and type of support, making it easier for people to find relevant and accessible help quickly.

It also includes a dedicated mental health training page for professionals and organisations, featuring links to external training providers and courses, organised by mental health topic.

Alongside information, support services and training opportunities, the website shares regular mental health news updates, campaigns and events happening in the local area. There is also a regular email newsletter to help people stay informed about mental health and wellbeing across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Keep Your Head has been developed through a collaboration between Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System including: Cambridgeshire County Council, Peterborough City Council, The SUN Network and voluntary sector partners. Keep Your Head has also been designed with feedback from people with lived experience of mental health and/or drug and alcohol challenges.

The Keep Your Head website is free for everyone to access and use the information provided.
