Citizens Advice Peterborough offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information services. They can help talk people through applying for benefits and funding schemes such as the Household Support Fund.

  • improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives

Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am until 4pm (not including bank holidays). (Please note: they expect a high demand. Please don’t give up if you can’t get through on the first try).
