Meet Francis from Centre 33:

Centre 33 supports young people up to the age of 25 with their mental health and wellbeing. They have counsellors and a wellbeing team, who ensure people are listened to and supported.

It’s important to know that you are not alone. If you’re struggling with your mental health, or practical issues in your life like finding housing or employment, Centre 33 is here to support you.
