What to expect
Andy’s Man Club aims to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. They provide a safe space where men can feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment. However, there’s no pressure to talk if you don’t want to!
It’s free to attend Andy’s Man Club, you don’t need a referral and you don’t need to book ahead, just go along! The group is facilitated by supportive volunteers who will make you feel very welcome. They meet Mondays 7-9pm except bank holidays. Visit Andy’s Man Club Peterborough on Facebook to find out more about the group.
There is also an online Andy’s Man Club group that runs on Mondays 7-9pm. Email [email protected] for more information.
Andy’s Man Club was set up in 2016 and now has over 100 free support groups nationwide. For information about the history of Andy’s Man Club visit their website.
Andy’s Man Club is free to attend.
