Zumba with Linda hold weekly Zumba Fitness and Zumba Gold classes, all to Latin rhythms. Zumba classes are an interval-style, high-energy dance fitness party!

Meet Linda and a group who just had an energetic session with her:
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Zumba Fitness is a medium intensity class.
Zumba Gold is lower intensity and is aimed at the mature mover, anyone with mobility issues, those starting their fitness journey or anyone looking to have fun.
Choreography videos are available on Zumba with Linda’s Facebook group so you can enjoy the routines at home.
A fee is payable but discounts are offered if you purchase multiple classes.
You will have a fun, happy hour with lovely people where exercise is disguised! Come and join the party!
