This drop-in session is run fortnightly for individuals to pop in and chat, have a cuppa, relax and share their experiences with others. The aim is to ensure people socialise and realise they are not alone.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- It’s an opportunity to bring people together into a group and connect with others
- Coming into a small group can help people feel that they are not alone in their struggle with daily life, as they can learn from each other
- You can share experiences and learn from others
