Teens2thivE aim to equip and empower young people to identify their purpose and maximise their potential, with full support to manage the transition from teens to the adulthood phase of life. They offer support for teen girls and boys.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • helping young people to interact helps to relieve anxiety and build new relationships
  • some of the activities help improve fitness
  • participating can be good for mental health

Teens2thrivE is an exciting female-led organization, passionate to see teenagers fulfil their potentials by empowering and influencing them. They are on a mission to shape the journey of young people through to becoming an adult, ensuring their transition is smooth while gaining full support and encouragement towards the adulthood phase of life.
