Mindful Motion – Peterborough United Foundation

Back to Activities

Mindful Motion sessions are for retired and semi-retired people, with 1 hour of physical exercises and 1 hour of social activities. Peterborough United Foundation is the charity arm of the Peterborough United Football Club.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • It gives people of all abilities the chance to engage with fun activities
  • It gives the opportunity to create new friends
  • It is a chance to focus and engage with positive and supportive staff who are there to help and listen
