Mellow Therapies pampers and relaxes you, taking you away from the stresses of life. They also offer courses and workshops to learn about holistic therapies, plus a weekly wellbeing walk in Central Park in the heart of Peterborough.

Melanie is qualified in Holistic and Beauty Therapies and a full member of The Guild of Holistic and Beauty Therapists, a member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, and insured under the Professional Holistic Guild. Mel occasionally holds Reiki Shares, where Reiki students and practitioners get a chance to practice – and receive – on each other, which both sides say is very gentle, relaxing, calming, and enjoyable as it’s a way to step out of the busy-ness of life.
