Mama, Muscle & Me sessions are for you to come and workout, with children in tow! Classes include a pre and postnatal focus with work on personal strength, cardio fitness, core and pelvic floor stability. Sessions are fun, sociable, and work all aspects of your overall fitness.

What to expect
All women and mums are welcome to class. These sessions are designed for you to be able to come along and workout, even with children in tow. Note that your children are your responsibility when on site and classes are not designed for children to take part.
Sessions are 45 minutes long and you do not need previous gym experience to take part. Jordan, your instructor, will be there to greet you, guide you on parking, and show you where the toilets and baby changing facilities are.

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time before the class start time. Bring a water bottle with you and make sure you are wearing gym attire. The location includes free parking. If you are new to the classes, instructor Jordan will be in contact to ensure you have filled out the mandatory PARQ questionnaire. If this has not been sent to you, please message Jordan directly to send it over to you.
