Kaizenway Space – Personal Resilience Training and CoachingBack to Activities
This personal resilience programme is built around the emotional intelligence skillset. It helps develop empathy towards oneself and others, develop personal resources including coping strategies, and you take ownership of your own wellbeing: mental, emotional and physical.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- It equips people with a toolkit of life and self-leadership skills they may have missed out on during their childhood.
- It helps develop skills that strengthen empathy towards oneself and others and contribute more directly to the world being a kinder place.
- It teaches participants how to apply the information and skills to real-life situations.
‘Hanna worked with us to deliver the Facing Fear workshop for the entire Peterborough office in June. We were looking to both coach our team through the COVID changes on the back of our Wellness Week and to develop them into advisors by beginning to develop their emotional intelligence. Hanna took this brief and developed a workshop with interactive sessions engaged the entire team. She really listened and understood what we were looking to achieve and the result was that we had excellent feedback on both the day and the change in individuals behaviour going. She was great to work with and took the time to understand the business to ensure she delivered what we were looking for. ‘

The programme isn’t a therapy, but is therapeutic. It’s beneficial to develop and practise these skills, especially in roles of leadership such as line management, teaching children and young adults, or working in highly stressful jobs.
