What to expect?
Participants are provided with nearly all the materials and equipment (and snacks) they need, apart from scissors.
Class content is directed by the desires and needs of the group. The first session is usually focussed on using sewing machines. From there, classes will cover things like selecting patterns and fabrics, cutting, and more.
More information
Sessions are in English but the tutor also speaks Latvian and Russian.
These classes, materials, and use of the sewing machines are free to join. Materials include fabric, thread, and so forth. The only thing participants need to bring are scissors to cut fabric. They may also want their own needles, pins, and other bits – talk to Iluta.
Participant may choose to bring their own machines, fabrics, and other materials if they wish to use those instead.
