This activity is good for wellbeing because
- it encourages post-natal women to head out into the world after having their baby to meet and talk with other mums in the same position, where they can support each other and share advice;
- it provides a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental class for parents/carers to enjoy with their little ones;
- classes promote bonding between parent/carer and their baby/child where they can enjoy learning through play and music

What to expect
Hartbeeps supports your little one's cognitive, emotional and social development through magical and extraordinary musically-led, multi-sensory classes. Their award-winning classes are for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, providing the foundation for early learning in creative spaces, supporting confidence in readiness for school and beyond.
Based on years of developmental research, their specialised classes are expertly crafted to focus on the key developmental stages and are tailored accordingly:
Baby Bells - for newborn to sitting babies. Enjoy spending quality time in the here and now with your baby as they experience new senses for the first time.
Baby Beeps - for sitting babies to toddling. Encourage exploration of the world around them and support with speech and language development.
Happy House - for confident walkers to pre-school. Directly linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), staff help build confidence and independence through playful learning.
Hartbeeps encourages grown-ups to join their children in the present moment, spending precious bonding time with them and making special memories you'll treasure forever. They are a warm, welcoming group that supports grown ups too, providing a supportive, non-judgmental space that you'll also love coming back to each week.
Sessions are 45 minutes long and are for one child and their adult. Second parents/carers are welcome to come along on any week; please let them know if you intend on bringing an extra adult so they can monitor numbers.

The booking link will notify you of venue information, e.g. parking facilities, accessibility, room for pushchairs etc., for each of the venues. All the venues have baby changing facilities.
The same session leader will run in each location, and they welcome anyone to contact them via email / phone / text / social media if you would like any more information.
