This activity is good for wellbeing because
- It’s a family club that cares about and looks after its members
- Archery is an intensely personal sport, you need to focus, use routine and find your own zone
- It gives you opportunity to socialise and gain confidence
‘Thanks again to yourself and the coaches for the time spent with us all over the beginner course. Scott in particular for us has been a brilliant coach and he helped us acknowledge what needed to change in a constructive way that allowed us to progress and have great fun! My partner likes shooting both barebow and with a sight for enjoyment. I prefer shooting with a sight and really enjoyed the competition fun.’
