The creative writing circle is a monthly group session devised to encourage participants to explore their imagination through words, emotions, and using creativity to expand their experience of writing.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- The activity of writing for pleasure is designed to be an activity in which individuals can express their experience, or their imagination, through writing fictional or factual writing.
- You can share ideas and experiences with other people, in a place with a friendly atmosphere.
- It’s a good place to practice your creative writing skills in a supportive environment.

This activity is for adults over the age of 18.

The Hub at Tenter Hill is a community hub for Stanground and wider areas, holding events and activities for people of all ages. Their Community Café is open Monday – Friday, you are welcome to pop in to enjoy a coffee and a cake. Well-behaved doggies are welcome. Please check their Facebook page or website for opening times.
The Hub at Tenter Hill is open to ideas so if you have anything that would like to see on at the Hub then please let them know.
There will sometimes be resources on hand in the sessions which assist to clarify certain ways of writing.
There is a small charge for each session, to aid the tutor to provide the workshops.
