Breathe Move Be Yoga – Helen aims to share how to breathe more efficiently, move more freely, and be more in the moment.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • Yoga is a holistic (whole person) system, affecting every layer of who we are – body, mind, spirit
  • It improves concentration, coordination and mental focus
  • It increases ease both mentally and physically

Meet Helen from Breathe Move Be:

Helen has been teaching for nearly 20 years and has the following qualifications:

  • British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher,
  • Restorative Yoga Teacher,
  • Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) Teacher,
  • Teacher of Yoga to People Living with Cancer,
  • Mindfulness Meditation Teacher

Other activities are subject to a fee – for more information contact directly. Classes are held in Peterborough and Glinton.
