Breathe in Pilates' mission is to teach you the skills to move your body in a healthy way through Pilates, working deep postural and stabilising muscles, training the mind to control the body, all the while creating Strength, Stretch, Stability and Stamina.

- Pilates is a whole mind and whole body workout. Each session is for you to solely concentrate on you and connecting the mind to the body
- Pilates teaches balance and control of the body that and that positively effects other areas of life.
- When practicing Pilates you leave feeling revitalised and energised - physical and mental health are so interlinked.

Breathe in Pilates offers private and semi-private full studio classes at their studio in Orton Southgate. These sessions are personalised for your body and goals. You'll work with the full Pilates system: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Mat, and more, to support your body’s natural alignment, strength, and mobility in a balanced and sustainable way. Community Mat classes are group sessions held in and around Peterborough, such as at Werrington Parish Village Centre and the Methodist Church in Gunthrope. You will learn exercises to help improve your mobility and stability, strengthen your core, relieve stiffness and aches, and move more freely. For all sessions, wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move and exercise in. A bottle of water and a towel are also advisable.
