Breathe in Pilates mission is to teach you the skills to move your body in a healthy way through pilates, working deep postural and stabilising muscles, training the mind to control the body, all the while creating Strength, Stretch, Stability and Stamina.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- Pilates is a whole mind and whole body workout. Each session is for you to solely concentrate on you and connecting the mind to the body
- Pilates teaches balance and control of the body that and that positively effects other areas of life.
- When practicing Pilates you leave feeling revitalised and energised – physical and mental health are so interlinked.
‘Before I started coming to Lisa-Marie I was unable to bend, unable to even cross my legs! I couldn’t walk much either and used a mobility scooter to go everywhere.
