Sense Active aims to provide lifelong opportunities for people with complex disabilities to engage in meaningful sport and physical activity, arts and other wellbeing activities, as well as education.

Sense also has a number of other services to support people living with complex disabilities including deafblindess. You can find out more information on their website.

Sense Active offer free online and phone sport and physical activity sessions. You can find sessions and book here.

Learn about Sensory Walks – designed for people with complex disabilities, but can be enjoyed by anyone – and find routes near you.

You can also find their toolkits for Special Educational Needs (SEN) school teachers and teaching assistants, care workers, families, football coaches to provide Sensory Football and Sensory Tennis.

Sense Active have a number of inclusive sport and physical activity sessions suitable for ALL disabled people, with a focus on people living with complex disabilities. There may be a cost.

They also offer training for staff working with people living with complex disabilities. Some of these training courses are free and others have a small cost involved. For more information email [email protected]
